This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement daily operational procedures that support the ongoing functions of the business, including thorough issue analysis and tracking until resolution.
• Manage the materials management process, which encompasses template oversight, daily operations supervision, quality assurance, delegated communications, case management outreach, as well as quarterly and annual notifications to ACO members and providers.
• Create and sustain workflow processes and associated materials for operational tasks.
• Evaluate, design, and execute processes aimed at enhancing operational functions and achieving business objectives.
• Organize, facilitate, and oversee vendor management activities with both external vendors and internal staff.
• Monitor vendor projects and issues, troubleshoot as necessary, and report findings to management when required.
• Establish and maintain user and system management protocols.
• Ensure adequate oversight and documentation to support audit processes.
• Carry out other designated responsibilities.
• Collaborate across departments to create and document workflows and business requirements.
• Manage daily interactions with key vendors.
• This role does not involve any supervisory responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is preferred, ideally within a health plan or a related sector.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel is required.
• Familiarity with interpreting data analytics and outcome measures in healthcare, as well as utilizing that data to drive improvements, is necessary.
• Comfortable creating and managing timeline-driven work plans and process flow documentation.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a collaborative setting, fostering and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills are a must.
• Strong operational mindset with the capability to leverage data for insightful decision-making.
• Experience in utilizing data and technology to address challenges or enhance processes is preferred.
• Skilled in developing training resources and conducting training programs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
• No licenses or certifications are required for this position.
