Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Implement wallet management processes for hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions.

• Oversee and record staking, bridging, and interactions with smart contracts.

• Take ownership of trade lifecycle activities, including trade capture, margin monitoring, settlements, and reconciliations.

• Assist in operational security procedures and escalate issues when necessary.

• Carry out post-trade activities such as daily reconciliations, margin management, collateral oversight, and trade settlements.

• Ensure data integrity across fund administration, prime brokerage, and custody partners.

• Manage internal dashboards, operational reports, and the documentation of procedures.

• Conduct essential business operations, including compliance protocols and vendor management.

• Facilitate workflows among research, trading, compliance, and technology teams.

• Recognize inefficiencies and lead initiatives for process enhancement and automation.

• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and process metrics.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on system oversight and incident reporting.

• Assist in business continuity testing and associated documentation.

• Aid in the implementation and maintenance of middle and back office technology platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in operations within a hedge fund, trading firm, or crypto financial services environment.

• Direct experience in digital asset operations — custody, settlements, and DeFi workflows — is highly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where priorities can shift rapidly.

• Structured thinker capable of managing multiple workstreams effectively.

• Excellent communicator — clear, direct, and proactive in interdepartmental interactions.

• Experience with exchange or counterparty operations is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a background in finance, technical fields, or business is preferred.
