This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver precise, prompt, and tailored customer support across various channels while complying with SLAs and SOPs.
• Implement daily operational processes and identify any potential gaps or inefficiencies.
• Proactively escalate issues and relay updates to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Evaluate listing applications based on established criteria and company standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance operational transitions.
• Monitor, document, and report on performance metrics, operational challenges, and user feedback.
• Foster relationships with customers, project teams, exchanges, and partners.
• Offer support to peers within CoinGecko communities on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and others.
• Stay informed about developments, trends, tools, and methodologies within the crypto and Web3 sectors.
• Recommend process enhancements and practical workarounds.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in crypto, finance, accounting, consulting, or customer support roles, ideally within crypto, fintech, or startup settings.
• Foundational knowledge in Operations functions such as Customer Support, Curation, Due Diligence, Trend Analysis, Relationship Management, and Presentation.
• Basic understanding of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, and NFTs.
• Experience with Dapps, exchanges, and other products related to Web3.
• Proficiency in CRM and automation tools like Zendesk.
• Familiarity with research tools including Blockchain Explorers, DEX data aggregators, and web analytics.
• General comprehension of Web3 and DeFi, with a commitment to learning about crypto industry trends.
• Basic understanding of CoinGecko's products and services.
• Capability to manage time effectively and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision post-onboarding.
• Ability to work with data and convey data-driven insights.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrated project ownership and ability to achieve deliverables and targets within set timelines.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision after six months.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and empathy for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience collaborating in a team towards a shared objective.
• Sound judgment and capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Interest in emerging technologies and innovative work methodologies.
