Operations Assistant Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily operational assistance, which includes order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with data vendors, service providers, and team members to ensure efficient operational workflows.

• Conduct precise data entry, updates, and maintenance of operational records and databases.

• Follow up with pertinent stakeholders to guarantee the resolution of customer inquiries and operational challenges.

• Recognize and escalate operational issues, while actively pursuing solutions and enhancements.

• Acquire exposure to various activities while aiding in the seamless execution of operational processes.
