Operations Assistant, Exclusive Opportunity for Persons with Disabilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare and issue contracts along with learning kits.

• Serve as a liaison between the company and service units/consultants on updates to corporate tax ID numbers, new branches, address modifications, and other registration particulars.

• Initiate the opening of classes for recruiting apprentices, incorporate vacation periods, and generate addenda or other necessary documents.

• Provide guidance to companies, educational institutions, and youth regarding the apprentice attendance platform, financial accessibility, and the use of Zendesk for opening support tickets.

• Create internal and external tickets to address requests from both internal and external customers.

• Hire apprentices with disabilities and generate tickets for the Inclui team.

• Set up CIEE Portal user access to identify contacts at educational institutions, students, and companies through WhatsApp or phone communications.

• Register students' bank account details and other obligatory information.

• Reach out to students, companies, and educational institutions to verify information.

• A high school diploma is required.

• Proficiency in computer skills.

• Experience or understanding of customer service, student support, and/or partner-company relations.

• Excellent verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated politeness and professionalism.

• A dynamic personality.

• Proficient in telephone customer service.

• Ability to think quickly.
