Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the validation of data and responses gathered from surveys to ensure accuracy.

• Organize, format, and refine datasets in Google Sheets for the final report presentation.

• Utilize essential formulas within spreadsheets.

• Assist the team in tracking the workflow of current surveys.

• Acquire knowledge and contribute to the methodology and execution of market research projects from inception to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or technical qualification.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets at a beginner to intermediate level.

• Hands-on experience in creating Pivot Tables, applying filters, and using commonly utilized formulas.

• An innate curiosity, outstanding attention to detail, and a keen eye for detecting data discrepancies.

• Capability to handle operational tasks and adhere to delivery timelines.

• Courses or certifications in Data Analysis or Spreadsheets are advantageous.

• An ongoing or completed degree in any discipline is beneficial.

• Previous involvement in undergraduate research, academic projects, teaching assistantships, or fieldwork related to data collection and validation is a plus.

• A desire to learn about market research methodologies and data intelligence.
