Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Reconcile billing and subscription records, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate follow-up on collections.

• Oversee MSA intake and agreement workflows using Ironclad, track signatures and renewals, and maintain contract documentation.

• Facilitate TLS and Vesting Platform onboarding, manage Pylon inboxes, and maintain communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Prepare token distributions, assist with grant setup and M2M migrations, and implement controlled lockup coverage.

• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting methodologies, and canonical operational datasets.

• Identify automation opportunities and escalate policy inquiries to the appropriate owners.

• Support operational workflows for Coinbase’s token management platform and Prime customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, financial operations, contract administration, or customer operations within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.

• Ability to accurately manage multiple concurrent workflows, including billing reconciliation, subscription tracking, and record maintenance.

• Practical experience with Ironclad, Pylon, CRM platforms, or subscription billing systems.

• Knowledge of KPI tracking, data hygiene practices, and documented controls for revenue and customer metrics reporting.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI with human oversight.

• Limit of 3 applications within a 6-month timeframe.
