Operations Analyst – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist providers in utilizing Agendaas, from the onboarding process through the activation of schedules and collection of payments.

• Collaborate with the Product and Development teams on internal operational tasks.

• Deliver customer service and support through WhatsApp, email, and various other channels.

• Monitor operational metrics, which include activation rates, bookings, payments, and instances of no-shows, while identifying areas of friction in the user journey.

• Collect feedback and convert needs into actionable requests for the Product team.

• Engage in the development of a new product from inception, with direct interaction with providers and a significant influence on the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in operations, customer service, customer success, or product management, ideally in digital settings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for collaboration across various teams.

• Analytical mindset, capable of tracking metrics and deriving insights from data.

• Strong organizational skills and the independence to work on a developing product.

• Familiarity with customer support tools, task management systems, and spreadsheet applications.

• Preferred: experience in fintech, payment solutions, or Software as a Service (SaaS).
