Operations Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage data collection efforts, analyze findings, and present them in formats that are easily understood by end users.

• Utilize communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to enhance company revenue.

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data for internal stakeholders.

• Perform quality assurance tasks to guarantee the accurate and timely completion of assignments.

• Fulfill requests for product configuration, email marketing campaigns, and reporting.

• Occasionally review the work completed by other Analysts.

• Offer constructive feedback regarding personnel, process enhancements, and products.

• Maintain internal customer satisfaction ratings of 95% or higher across supported teams.

• Acquire knowledge about GHX’s offerings, starting with Vendormate Credentialing.

• Manage ongoing responsibilities and special projects as designated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or management field plus 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Over 1 year of experience in data analysis.

• Collaborative team player with a focus on problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, quality, and customer service.

• Ability to adapt to change and work together to enhance processes.

• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks while managing work requests, projects, and ongoing responsibilities.

• Skillful in manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data.

• Ability to adhere to established procedures and contribute to process improvements.

• Competent in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, peers, and management.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% annually.

• Preferred: More than 1 year of relevant business experience.

• Preferred: Experience with databases (MS Access, MS Excel, SQL or similar).

• Preferred: Basic understanding of computer programming.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce.com, MailChimp, Jasper, and Tableau.
