Operations Analyst, Credentialing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations related to the processing of provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment submissions.

• Collaborate closely with the team leader.

• Engage with various teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

• Investigate, interpret, and assess information pertinent to provider licensure and continuing medical education across the United States.

• Complete applications for provider credentialing, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify clients.

• Verify and authenticate details updated on the credentialing and licensing platform, ensuring total accuracy.

• Communicate with providers and clients via email when further information is needed.

• Support monitoring or new client implementation initiatives as required.

• Compile research results and draft clear, concise guideline documents for Certify clients.

• Assist with various ad hoc projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English.

• Prior experience in Credentialing is essential.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Capability to conduct extensive research, especially using Google.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
