📋 Description

• Analyze account activities utilizing AI-assisted tools.

• Examine requests for payment approvals.

• Identify anomalies using pattern recognition techniques.

• Make decisions on approvals or escalations by combining human judgment with AI insights.

• Detect suspicious activities and patterns indicative of fraud.

• Understand and apply regulatory requirements in daily operations.

• Propose process enhancements to boost efficiency or mitigate risks.

• Record findings and communicate them with the team.

• Employ AI for managing large datasets, drafting communications, and evaluating trade-offs.

• Work collaboratively across product, support, and business teams to minimize risks and facilitate scalable growth.

• Experience with AI tools and a willingness to explore LLMs, data analysis tools, or automation platforms.

• A mindset of ownership and a genuine sense of curiosity.

• Minimum of 2 years in an operational, compliance, or similar role.

• Experience in a startup or fintech environment is advantageous.
