Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate incoming data to deliver precise and consistent information to clients

• Utilize proprietary internet-based performance reporting tools

• Conduct a comprehensive daily reconciliation of client transactional data

• Complete research tasks related to data points requested by service teams and clients

• Oversee automatic nightly data processes to ensure accuracy and completion

• Collaborate and coordinate with both internal and external teams to deliver exceptional service to clients

• Support enhancements in system and product development

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance

• Preferred experience in Finance or Accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
