Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate incoming information to deliver precise and consistent data to clients.

• Utilize a proprietary internet-based performance reporting application.

• Perform a comprehensive reconciliation of client transactional data on a daily basis.

• Conduct research on data points requested by service teams and clients.

• Oversee automatic nightly data operations for accuracy and completion.

• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external groups to ensure client service.

• Support system and product enhancement developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.

• Preferred experience in Finance or Accounting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
