Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Organize quarterly program increment planning sessions.

• Facilitate inspect and adapt workshops, as well as quantitative and qualitative retrospectives, along with improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and report on completion rates, program predictability, and various operational metrics.

• Oversee comprehensive program delivery across diverse teams and functions.

• Develop, sustain, and manage committed project plans and timelines.

• Promote the adoption and enhancement of product planning practices.

• Implement technical project management, agile delivery, and business analysis across multiple workstreams.

• Track development progress while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

• Establish annual KPI targets and provide reports on year-over-year improvements.

• Diagnose root causes, execute retrospective actions, and identify risks along with their countermeasures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in project management.

• Background in technology-driven environments, such as software development, IT, or data.

• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with SAFe is an advantage.

• Proficient in using Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable SDLC and PM tools.

• Proven experience in integrating AI tools into program and project management workflows.

• Strong skills in RAID discipline, schedule management, and budget oversight.

• Experience in managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• PMP certification is an advantage.

• Must be based in North America.

• Availability to collaborate with a distributed global team.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is offered.
