Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of energy efficiency initiatives throughout the Michigan utility portfolio.

• Transform program data into actionable insights to ensure smooth operational processes.

• Address reporting requirements for utility clients.

• Promote ongoing enhancements in program delivery.

• Oversee program and portfolio data while performing intricate analyses.

• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that track program KPIs.

• Manage ad-hoc data requests from internal teams, field personnel, business development, and clients.

• Choose and utilize suitable tools for data analysis and reporting tasks.

• Work in conjunction with Operations Support and Program Management to synchronize priorities.

• Resolve challenges related to program delivery.

• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assume responsibility for process or IT-related projects associated with data and reporting requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be residents of the State of Michigan.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Analysis role.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, or other CRM/program tracking systems.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Capability to manage program and portfolio data alongside conducting complex analyses.

• Experience in creating and maintaining regular reports and dashboards.

• Skills to address ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders.

• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and balance routine responsibilities with urgent requests.

• Understanding of best practices regarding data integrity for accuracy, completeness, and security.

• Competence in collaborating with Operations Support and Program Management.

• Skill in recognizing trends, bottlenecks, and potential areas for improvement.

• Capacity to take ownership of process or IT-related projects that involve data and reporting.

• Flexibility and dependability as priorities evolve.

• Must fulfill all relevant DOT qualification criteria, if applicable.

• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship is required.
