Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Generate reports for pending items

• Distribute implementation reports

• Refresh the new-connections database

• Sustain the backlog database

• Revise the unproductive-contacts database

• Update the comprehensive unproductive-contacts report

• Extract data from the cancellation database

• Prepare and report on MMGD

• Finalize the unproductive-contacts database

• Oversee penalties

• Conclude the new-connections database

• Prepare and report the Commercial and Services INDGER

• Perform data analyses and monitor performance indicators to assist in decision-making and ongoing improvement

• Recognize optimization opportunities and work alongside various operational teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Completed Bachelor’s degree

• Proficiency in KPI analysis and report generation

• Intermediate-level skills in Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning

• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Results-driven, with a keen emphasis on meeting deadlines

• Must possess the necessary setup for remote work

• Convenient access to the Del Castilho and Madureira locations

• Preferred experience in operational monitoring, Control Desk, or Workforce Planning

• Preferred knowledge of BI and data visualization tools

• Preferred experience in monitoring SLAs and performance indicators

• Preferred background in customer service or Contact Center operations

• Proactive, adaptable, and strong interpersonal skills are preferred
