Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Generate reports for pending items

• Distribute implementation reports

• Revise the new connections database

• Update the backlog database

• Revise the unproductive activities database

• Refresh the overall report on unproductive activities

• Extract data from the cancellation database

• Prepare and report on MMGD

• Finalize the unproductive activities database

• Monitor penalties

• Conclude updates to the new connections database

• Prepare and report the Commercial and Services INDGER

• Conduct data analysis, track performance metrics, oversee operations, and facilitate ongoing process enhancement

• Collaborate with various operational sectors, internal clients, and stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Completed bachelor's degree

• Proficient in KPI analysis and report generation

• Intermediate skills in Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning

• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Results-driven, with a keen focus on meeting deadlines

• Must possess the necessary resources to work remotely

• Convenient access to the South Zone and downtown São Paulo

• Experience in operational monitoring, Control Desk, or Workforce Planning (preferred)

• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (preferred)

• Background in monitoring SLAs and performance metrics (preferred)

• Experience in customer service or Contact Center operations (preferred)

• Proactive and adaptable profile with strong interpersonal skills (preferred)
