Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Generate reports for pending items

• Dispatch implementation reports

• Revise the new-connections database

• Oversee the backlog database

• Update the unproductive-calls database

• Revise the comprehensive unproductive-calls report

• Extract data from the cancellation database

• Prepare and report on MMGD

• Finalize the unproductive-calls database

• Track penalties

• Finalize the new-connections database

• Prepare and report the Commercial and Services INDGER

• Analyze data and performance metrics while monitoring operations to facilitate decision-making and ongoing enhancement

• Recognize optimization opportunities and work collaboratively with various operational departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Hold a completed university degree

• Proficient in performance indicator analysis and report generation

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Possess an analytical mindset and logical reasoning skills

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Results-driven, with a commitment to meeting deadlines

• Must have the necessary infrastructure to work remotely

• Experience in operational monitoring, Control Desk, or Workforce Planning is preferred

• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools is preferred

• Experience in monitoring SLAs and performance indicators is preferred

• Knowledge of customer service or contact center operations is preferred

• Proactive and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills is preferred
