Operations & AI Analyst Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist customers throughout the notarization procedure and address cases that encounter obstacles.

• Engage with AI on a daily basis in live production settings, which includes voice agents, language models, and automation pipelines.

• Evaluate the performance of AI, identifying successes and failures, and communicate these findings directly to the team.

• Discover opportunities for AI to further assist the Operations team and contribute your own innovative ideas.

• Enhance processes rather than just addressing issues as they arise.

• Operate at the crossroads of customers, AI technologies, and the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from, or current enrollment at, a top-tier university (e.g., HSG, WHU, TUM, or LMU) is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Dependable and well-organized.

• Utilize AI tools daily to enhance work efficiency.

• Possess a genuine curiosity about AI and a desire to comprehend how these systems operate, beyond merely entering prompts.
