This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute iterative experimentation sprints aimed at enhancing current outbound campaigns
• Refine messaging, timing, and target contacts for optimal engagement
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to co-manage email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
• Revitalize sequences by developing new strategies and mitigating campaign fatigue
• Identify and address underperforming sequences, optimizing copy and conversion rates
• Manage and fine-tune the Twain prompt library for personalized AI-generated messaging
• Oversee quality assurance and performance analysis for automated outbound initiatives
• Redesign campaigns based on performance metrics and first-principles analysis
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Product Marketing, and Content teams to incorporate proof points, launches, and data into outreach sequences
• Co-manage physical program engagements, including ICP-specific gifting, event invitations, and user group gatherings
• Enhance performance across campaigns and institutionalize insights gained
• Proven experience in demand generation, growth, lifecycle, or outbound marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, specifically writing and optimizing cold outreach sequences; or several years in outbound sales, beginning as a BDR/SDR
• Demonstrated experience writing cold emails and/or LinkedIn sequences, with performance metrics available
• Familiarity with sequencing or sales engagement tools like Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach, or similar
• Capability to independently analyze campaign performance data
• Proficient in utilizing AI for research, drafting, performance data analysis, or creating productivity tools
• Strong opinions on effective copywriting and an eagerness to experiment with unconventional methods
• Experience executing cold outbound sequences via email or LinkedIn
• Quick learner of new tools and technologies
• Passion for copywriting and a customer-centric mindset
• Proficient in understanding campaign performance data and conversion optimization
• Emphasis on pipeline development rather than solely focusing on MQLs
