📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of machine learning solutions driven by large language models.

• Engage throughout the entire machine learning lifecycle, encompassing data curation, model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback.

• Utilize machine learning expertise to enhance public safety applications, including 911 call handling, dispatch, and case management.

• Leverage expertise in enterprise applications related to retail, commercial security, and infrastructure management.

• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and research scientists to develop scalable machine learning products.

• Develop reusable components that integrate research teams with production engineering.

• Connect AI research with production engineering to establish dependable ML systems.

• Contribute to solutions that support first responders and safety professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with 8+ years of experience in machine learning.

• Over 2 years of direct management experience leading technical teams.

• 8+ years of combined experience as a machine learning researcher and/or possess a post-graduate degree in a quantitative science or engineering field.

• Prior experience in managing an LLM-based solution from its inception to market launch.

• Previous experience in overseeing cloud-based software engineering.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
