This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver industry training and support to franchisees within the designated region while enhancing profitability.
• Engage in new store openings.
• Execute the franchisee store startup program, which includes operational training and marketing evaluations.
• Reach out to franchise owners both prior to and following the opening, assisting with pre-opening timelines, training, shift management, scheduling, ordering, and daily/nightly documentation.
• Update the Operations Manager and relevant personnel on opening milestones, potential setbacks, and concerns.
• Follow up with restaurants post-opening and visit stores that are not meeting performance standards.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to formulate action plans addressing shortcomings and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Conduct visits to all stores at least twice annually.
• Enhance operational standards through guidance, training, and the development of management skills.
• Educate and emphasize compliance with the franchise model and system.
• Train franchisees and staff on the safe operation and handling of equipment and products.
• Review P&L statements and provide franchisees with best practice advice.
• Consult with franchisees to identify their needs and opportunities, and define the scope of investigations.
• Inform the Support Department about franchisee issues and provide follow-up on their behalf.
• Collect brand-compliance data and assist franchisees in enhancing their brand image.
• Support the corporate planning of regional meetings.
• Complete, maintain, and process necessary paperwork, records, and daily reports.
• Organize daily and weekly schedules in Microsoft Outlook at least two weeks ahead.
• Travel 70–80% within and outside the assigned region.
• An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution; or two to four years of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
• Experience using scheduling software.
• Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance are mandatory.
• A credit card with sufficient credit limit to cover expenses.
• Strong background in the relevant industry.
• Experience in sales and business operations.
• Capability to interpret a profit and loss statement.
• Prior restaurant experience is required.
• Willingness to travel an average of 70–80% of the time.
