This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the preparation, organization, and documentation of agency readiness assessments.
• Gather, structure, and verify agency data concerning organizational frameworks, processes, training requirements, system utilization, and readiness indicators.
• Maintain readiness trackers, gap logs, action item lists, and relevant documentation.
• Help evaluate current agency practices against Keystone operating model expectations and standardized workflows.
• Record process observations, system-use considerations, and potential misalignment areas for leadership review.
• Aid in the creation and upkeep of readiness tools, templates, checklists, and materials for agency use.
• Monitor readiness milestones, outstanding items, risks, decisions, and follow-ups across assigned agencies or workstreams.
• Compile status updates, dashboards, summaries, and meeting materials for agency readiness discussions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Agency Support, and agency leadership to ensure the timely execution of readiness activities.
• Assist in identifying and tracking agency training needs, adoption risks, and opportunities for reinforcement.
• Team up with Training and Operations departments to keep learning plans, job aids, and support materials up to date.
• Gather feedback from agency users and summarize insights for ongoing improvement.
• Report directly to the Director of Operational Readiness.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in the insurance sector.
• A minimum of 5 years in operations, project coordination, business analysis, agency support, training coordination, or similar roles.
• Preferred experience in insurance, agency operations, brokerage operations, or a multi-site operating environment.
• Required hands-on experience with Applied Epic.
• Proficient in working with operational data, readiness dashboards, process documentation, and status reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing trackers, action items, timelines, and documentation across various priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly summarize findings for leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to organize information, identify trends, and highlight readiness gaps.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, particularly in maintaining trackers, action logs, timelines, and documentation.
• Process-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand workflows, document current-state practices, and facilitate the adoption of standard operating models.
• Ability to adapt and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, changing environment with frequent interactions across agencies and functional teams.
• Comfortable working across multiple locations, coordinating with remote teams, and supporting agencies in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Approximately 50% travel required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, as allowed by law.
