This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more country.
• Lead, assist with, and create high-quality, customer-oriented proposals.
• Assess RFPs and engage in strategy discussions to define bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with teams in business development, contracts and proposals, and operations.
• Consult with internal subject matter experts to ascertain labor needs and establish processes for non-standard tasks.
• Verify client-specific bidding standards and validate any assumptions not outlined in RFPs.
• Revise proposal text to align with study requirements and opportunity-specific assumptions.
• Ensure proposal text corresponds with budget constraints.
• Review client grids to ensure mapping and unit definitions are accurate.
• Prepare proposals and revisions for basic to moderately complex opportunities.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements and service levels.
• Participate in bid reviews to present and justify budgets to senior management.
• Update and maintain corporate databases and tracking reports.
• Keep bid grids current within the bidding system.
• Maintain strategic documents to support customer-focused proposals.
• Bachelor's degree or a relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Prior experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities, comparable to over 2 years, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to make recommendations regarding proposal and budgeting parameters.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Understanding of the clinical trial proposal process and budget management.
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Supply Chain Management.
• Familiarity with the drug development process, FDA guidelines, and GCPs.
• Proficient in mathematics and adept at managing budgets.
• Comprehension of unitized grids, unit cost, and unit drivers.
• Awareness of the functional area project life cycle.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent command of the English language and grammar.
• Ability to operate and learn standard office equipment and technology.
• Capability to perform successfully under pressure while managing multiple projects or activities.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
