Operation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Assist the TDI installation director to ensure smooth site operations for EO/EEP/TKP/TKSI projects on a global scale.

• Collaborate with TIM (lead TFA) and site teams for the collection and sharing of data and information.

• Initiate PR creation on PMx for the procurement of Pre-COD warranty items and TDI items by the Sourcing team.

• Confirm Good Receiving on PMx.

• Gather customer-signed timesheets from each project and calculate invoices for the issuance of monthly final invoices.

• Compile actual manpower data from each TDI site monthly for effective manpower management.

• Assist with visa applications by providing necessary documentation for third parties and vendors.

• Collect actual quarterly costs for TDI, performance testing, and training for SCR review.

• Conduct cost analysis in collaboration with TDI leadership.

• Facilitate vendor registration in coordination with the Sourcing team.

• Manage documents as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or English (equivalent to bachelor’s/master’s level).

• High proficiency in English is essential.

• Expertise in PMx (SAP) is required for handling PO/PR/Good receiving processes.

• Experience working in an international project site office.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS-Windows & Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LN, intranet).

• Industry experience is preferable.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in the local language and familiar with the local area.

• Possess cultural awareness and demonstrate a team player attitude.

• Display trustworthiness, reliability, and dependability.

• Field experience combined with leadership and social competence.

• Ability to present information in an organized manner.

• Skills in additional foreign languages are advantageous.
