This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Submit a current software repository for an initial evaluation of its potential licensing value.

• Receive an assessment based on the codebase and relevant acceptance criteria.

• Investigate licensing opportunities if the repository meets qualifications.

• Review the estimated value prior to making a decision on proceeding.

• Obtain compensation in accordance with the agreed licensing terms if a transaction is finalized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software development or ownership of a current software product, application, or repository.

• Complete ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code.

• Access to original code repositories, which may include discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or software developed independently.

• The code must not contain third-party material that you are not authorized to sublicense.

• $100 per 1M source-code tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing.

• $40 per 1M Git-history tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing.
