Onsite Learning Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer on-site support, educational activities, and personalized end-user labs for new OCHIN members during and following the Epic System go-live.

• Oversee the creation, development, and execution of Learning Experience curricula, which includes multi-day bootcamps, full- and part-day webinars, and self-directed learning materials.

• Collaborate closely with health center teams on designated projects to enhance their Learning/Training Teams and apply best-practice methodologies.

• Create, develop, and implement assessments and consultations for members regarding Learning/Training performance.

• Assess needs to pinpoint areas for improvement and identify potential solutions.

• Manage the coordination of member consultations, including organizing meetings, communicating with members, preparing meeting content, and following up as necessary.

• Evaluate project challenges and devise solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets and objectives.

• Assist OCHIN members during on-site go-live installations or training sessions.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience with electronic health records (EHR) software.

• EPIC experience is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with EPIC is strongly preferred.

• Preference for 2-5 years of experience supporting Ambulatory and Acute Care clinical environments.

• Strong consulting, facilitation, customer service, and presentation skills are preferred.

• Experience working with or within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Acute Care Healthcare Centers is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% nationally to support new member Go Lives.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office setting.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment.
