Online Ordering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist merchants through the entire process of setting up Online Ordering.

• Verify ordering links and integrate them with current websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering.

• Support merchants in creating new websites or modifying existing pages to align with their brand identity and adhere to design standards.

• Handle complex integrations including Toast POS and dual menu configurations.

• Ensure that ordering links are operational and address any technical issues that arise.

• Work independently while overseeing merchant implementations and providing technical support.

• Strong technical skills and a quick aptitude for learning new platforms.

• Ability to establish trust and effectively address objections related to technology, time, or costs.

• Excellent communication abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of identifying merchant needs through structured inquiries.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

• Comfort with making data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and restaurant POS systems, particularly Toast, along with basic HTML/CSS or website customization is preferred.

• Previous experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding is highly regarded.
