Online Ordering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive Online Ordering setup sessions for merchants.

• Evaluate ordering links and incorporate them into current websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering.

• Support merchants in creating new websites or modifying existing pages to align with their visual identity and design standards.

• Manage intricate integrations such as Toast POS and dual menus.

• Verify that all ordering links are completely operational.

• Independently address and resolve technical challenges.

• Work independently to oversee merchant implementations and offer technical support.

• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.

• Skill in building trust and effectively addressing concerns related to technology, time, or cost.

• Excellent detail-oriented communication abilities.

• Capability to identify merchant needs through structured inquiries and convey pertinent digital solutions.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

• Comfortable with data-informed decision-making.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred.

• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems, particularly Toast, is preferred.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or website customization is preferred.

• Previous experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding is highly valued.

• Contractors are required to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet.

• Engagement will be as a freelance / independent contractor.
