Online Ordering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Assist merchants in navigating the complete Online Ordering setup process.

• Verify ordering links and incorporate them into current websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering.

• Support merchants in creating new websites or modifying existing pages to align with their branding and design standards.

• Manage intricate integrations, such as Toast POS and dual menus.

• Ensure that ordering links are operational and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.

• Work independently to oversee merchant implementations and offer technical support.

• Strong technical skills and a quick learning ability for new platforms.

• Capability to build trust and address objections regarding technology, timing, or costs effectively.

• Excellent detail-oriented communication skills and a structured approach to uncovering merchant requirements.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

• Comfortable with making decisions based on data.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, restaurant POS systems (especially Toast), and basic HTML/CSS or website customization is preferred.

• Previous experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding is highly regarded.
