Online Ordering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Lead merchants through comprehensive Online Ordering setup sessions.

• Verify ordering links and incorporate them into current websites, Google My Business, and Google Food Ordering.

• Support merchants in developing new websites or modifying existing pages to align with their brand identity and design guidelines.

• Manage complex integrations such as Toast POS and dual menus.

• Confirm that ordering links are fully operational and address any technical challenges.

• Work independently to oversee merchant implementations and offer technical support.

• Strong technical skills and a quick ability to adapt to new platforms.

• Capability to build trust and effectively manage objections regarding technology, time, or cost.

• Meticulous communication skills to identify merchant needs through organized questioning.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

• Comfort with making decisions based on data.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, restaurant POS systems, particularly Toast, and basic HTML/CSS or website customization is preferred.

• Previous experience in B2B sales, customer success, or merchant onboarding is highly valued.
