Online Marketing Manager – Affiliate Focus, Part-time 20 hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing budgets while continuously analyzing performance metrics including ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and cancellation/return statistics.

• Strategically plan, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns aimed at enhancing visibility and driving conversions on an international scale.

• Conduct publisher research, facilitate communication, and manage onboarding processes.

• Collaborate closely with marketing managers across various experience teams, including retail, content, design, and partner management, to coordinate the content of campaigns.

• Perform market and competitor analyses to derive actionable strategic recommendations.

• Develop initiatives and strategize the advancement of the affiliate channel.

• Expand the network and enhance processes for efficiency.

• A completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing.

• Proficient in utilizing common affiliate network platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities, data-driven decision-making skills, and a foundational technical understanding.

• An independent, structured approach to work with a strong focus on results.

• A passion for cycling experiences across various terrains, including road, gravel, MTB, or urban riding.
