Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee campaign deadlines and facilitate communication between ownership and creative teams.

• Participate in daily check-ins and weekly property meetings.

• Follow up on pending projects.

• Update WordPress/Wix websites and manage online menus and business hours.

• Upload media and evaluate SEO checklists.

• Schedule social media content, post uploads/reels, and organize content libraries.

• Coordinate photo/video shoots and analyze monthly analytics.

• Develop and schedule email and SMS campaigns.

• Maintain customer databases and generate performance reports.

• Create and manage Meta Ads, oversee Google Ads, monitor budgets, and prepare monthly advertising reports.

• Conduct research and outreach to local media/influencers, coordinate visits, maintain databases, and track media placements.

• Monitor online reviews, draft responses for approval, track review scores, and oversee staff contests.

• Make basic graphic updates using Canva.

• Compile monthly marketing reports, create tracking links, and utilize ChatGPT/Claude for generating executive summaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

• Proven hands-on experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Canva, and other essential marketing and hospitality tools.

• A background in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is a significant advantage.

• Highly organized with the ability to take charge of marketing project management.

• Capable of maintaining professionalism to help alleviate the client’s mental load.

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Functional webcam.

• A computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of no less than 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
