Online Mandarin Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, organize, and deliver 45-minute online Mandarin lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized 1:1 lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate student proficiency levels.

• Develop customized learning pathways for each student.

• Monitor student progress throughout the lesson.

• Establish clear and achievable learning objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in Mandarin.

• Possession of a valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or relevant university credentials.

• Prior experience in online education and providing 1:1 coaching or tailored learning assistance.

• B1 level or higher in English.

• Ability to teach presentation skills, negotiation tactics, business email etiquette, meeting management, and cross-cultural communication.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage and instruct students.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• A modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Compliance with local freelance or contractor regulations.
