Online English Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Instruct English to students located in China through online platforms.

• Deliver engaging and accessible English lessons of high quality.

• Adhere to a consistent teaching schedule throughout the duration of the contract.

• Foster relationships with regular students while recognizing their strengths, weaknesses, learning preferences, and areas of interest.

• Assist students in their English language learning, development, and overall success.

• Create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental learning environment.

• Complete video interview questions and perform a live demonstration lesson during the application phase.

• Execute a contract agreement and commence teaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native English pronunciation.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Preferred experience in English as a Second Language (ESL/TESL).

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Availability of an HD camera and microphone.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• TEFL/TESOL/CETL or an equivalent certification is mandatory.

• Must maintain a fixed schedule for at least 6 months.
