Online Admin Assistant – E-commerce, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage and upload product listings on Shopify, which includes titles, descriptions, SKUs, variants, images, and categories.

• Format and crop product images to comply with website standards.

• Process daily online orders and prepare them for shipping.

• Utilize ShippingEasy or similar shipping platforms for order fulfillment.

• Enter and maintain product, order, and inventory information in SAP Business One.

• Assist with basic administrative and customer service tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Shopify, including product uploads, editing listings, SKUs, variants, and images.

• Relevant experience with SAP Business One, focusing on item setup, data entry, and basic navigation.

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling structured data, including imports, exports, and templates.

• Basic skills in image editing, such as cropping, resizing, and formatting using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with shipping tools such as ShippingEasy or ShipStation is an advantage.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of adhering to established processes.

• Residing in Latin America and available for full-time work during US Eastern Time hours (9:30–5:30).
