This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide instruction for online classes as required during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.
• Lead or engage in asynchronous online discussions with students.
• Teach and oversee a diverse group of students.
• Evaluate all assignments and deliver thorough, constructive feedback within five days of the submission deadline.
• Address student emails and inquiries within 24 hours.
• Interact with students through electronic communications.
• Maintain a professional and positive tone in all communications with students, staff, and faculty.
• Support efforts in recruiting and retaining students.
• Comply with Tiffin University’s policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and support student progress through pre-designed courses created by subject matter experts.
• Doctorate degree in the relevant course content area.
• Demonstrated competence in the instructional area.
• Maintain expertise relevant to teaching responsibilities.
• Ability or willingness to learn to manage classes in an online learning environment.
• Dedication to student engagement, success, and teaching excellence.
• Up-to-date knowledge of effective teaching methodologies.
• Capability to employ a variety of instructional delivery methods, classroom media, and educational resources.
• Expertise in Project Management.
• Ability to teach graduate-level Project Management courses, including Project Management Fundamentals, Project Risk Management, Project Leadership and Team Management, and Project Budgeting and Cost Management.
