📋 Description

• Facilitate student engagement in a pre-established online course by providing guidance and resources within an asynchronous and inclusive learning framework.

• Deliver instruction, offer feedback, and promote experiential and application-oriented learning.

• Report to the faculty dean team.

• Respond to student inquiries within designated timeframes and proactively reach out to those requiring extra assistance.

• Identify student needs and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Foster participation, collaboration, and relationships between faculty and students.

• Remain updated in the field and share expertise along with supplementary resources.

• Assess student submissions and provide tailored, constructive feedback.

• Encourage active involvement in online discussions while maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Doctorate in Business Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Statistics, and Data Science, or a PhD/DBA in Business Administration focusing on one of these areas.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Quantitative Analysis for Business.

• Proficient technical skills in Excel, Tableau, SQL, SAS, SPSS, Descriptive and Predictive Analytics, and the ability to tell stories with data.
