Online Adjunct Faculty – Healthcare Data Management

📋 Description

• Foster student engagement in an asynchronous and inclusive learning atmosphere by offering guidance and resources within a pre-structured online course.

• Deliver instruction, constructive feedback, and experiential learning opportunities to assist students in reaching their educational and career aspirations.

• Report directly to the faculty dean team.

• Respond to student inquiries within established timeframes and proactively support those requiring additional assistance.

• Understand and address student needs holistically, connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Promote active participation, collaboration, and strong relationships between faculty and students.

• Stay updated in the field, share knowledge, and suggest supplementary materials to enhance learning.

• Simplify complex subjects to ensure accessibility for all students.

• Assess student submissions and deliver personalized, constructive feedback within designated timeframes.

• Encourage vibrant participation in online discussions while cultivating an inclusive, engaging, and respectful environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, or Informatics.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in health information systems or management.

• Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator or Registered Health Information Technician.
