Online Adjunct Faculty – Communications Courses, Retail Operations Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as an adjunct online instructor for various business courses.

• Potential courses to teach include Business Law and Ethics, Entrepreneurship, Interpersonal Communication, Fundamentals of Customer Service, and Business Communications.

• Conduct courses over 5.5-week terms utilizing asynchronous coursework along with scheduled live class sessions through Microsoft Teams.

• Lead scheduled live online class sessions, typically occurring up to two times a week based on the course timetable.

• Assist adult learners through a student-focused teaching approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently employed by a Goodwill organization.

• At least two years of experience in Goodwill retail management, leadership, or a related professional field.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a discipline pertinent to the instructional assignment.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Proven dedication to student-centered teaching and aiding adult learners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and fundamental instructional technologies.

• Capability and readiness to conduct scheduled live online class sessions via Microsoft Teams, generally up to two times a week depending on the course timetable.

• Experience with a learning management system (LMS) is preferred.

• Previous experience in online teaching or training is preferred.
