Online Adjunct Faculty – Accounting, Managerial Accounting

📋 Description

• Foster an asynchronous and inclusive learning atmosphere by offering guidance and resources within a pre-established online course.

• Deliver instruction, feedback, and experiential, application-oriented learning.

• Report to the faculty dean team.

• Respond to student inquiries within designated timeframes and proactively reach out to those requiring additional assistance.

• Understand student needs comprehensively and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Promote participation, collaboration, and relationships between faculty and students.

• Stay updated in your area of expertise and share your professional insights.

• Suggest relevant supplementary materials and clarify complex subjects in an accessible manner.

• Assess student submissions and provide personalized, constructive feedback within established deadlines.

• Encourage active engagement in online discussions and cultivate an inclusive, stimulating, and respectful environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Accounting from a regionally accredited higher education institution.

• At least 1 year of professional experience in the accounting field.

• CPA certification preferred; please upload your certification during the application process.

• A Doctorate degree is preferred.
