OneStream Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and document business and technical requirements, detailing both current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the OneStream enterprise platform in alignment with established design standards.

• Oversee interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process interdependencies.

• Plan and carry out unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with deployments, facilitate user adoption, resolve issues, and promote continuous process enhancements.

• Contribute to the development of reliable and maintainable solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, technical groups, and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in a relevant professional position.

• Hands-on experience with OneStream XF, including metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, consolidation, planning, and financial reporting.

• Proven track record in implementing, developing, administering, or supporting OneStream XF.

• Strong grasp of pertinent business processes and the core capabilities of OneStream XF.

• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions made.

• Familiarity with integrations, data flows, testing, and production support.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and external partners.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred experience with cloud services, automation, and contemporary delivery practices relevant to the project.

• Knowledge of secure development, accessibility, governance, or applicable regulatory requirements is preferred.

• Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the technology area of the role is a plus.

• Must possess eligible work authorization in the U.S.; new H-1B sponsorship is not available.
