📋 Description

• Implement the GHX software application, encompassing all modules, for clients while offering support and analysis for the software and its associated integrations.

• Utilize knowledge of ERP and MMIS software to improve customer comprehension of mobile supply chain environments in healthcare organizations.

• Collaborate with customer supply chain materials management, OR management personnel, project managers, solution architects, and internal development and technical teams.

• Perform on-site business and gap analysis through interviews and observations.

• Deliver clear and timely reports, recommendations based on best practices, and enhancements to business processes.

• Convert customer interviews into detailed process-flow documents using text and diagrams.

• Provide expertise in the functional areas of supply chain and financial accounting.

• Configure GHX applications in accordance with customer ERP/MMIS systems and their business practice preferences.

• Integrate GHX applications with customer ERP/MMIS systems.

• Create functional design documents for software modifications and customizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related field.

• 5 years of relevant experience.

• 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Mobile Supply Chain Software Systems within the healthcare sector.

• 5 years of experience applying the SDLC process, utilizing ERP and MMIS data elements and data flow to design solutions for supply chain system implementation, system configuration, presentation of solutions to clients for approval, testing of configured systems, and tasks related to go-live and post go-live.

• 5 years of experience using ERP systems to integrate supply chain systems with client ERP requirements.

• 5 years of experience producing Functional Design Documents for application changes and enhancements pertaining to the implementation of Supply Chain Systems.

• 5 years of experience in conducting Business Analysis, generating Fit-Gap documents, and addressing gaps early in the project lifecycle.
