This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Interact with customers to fulfill their identified needs.
• Provide education to key stakeholders regarding oncology products.
• Engage with the wider oncology community.
• Meet or surpass designated sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Operate within the Oregon territory in a field-oriented sales position.
• Travel to meet clients in person and participate in national sales meetings and industry events.
• Collaborate with territory team members to reach or exceed sales objectives for the geography.
• Connect with key stakeholders to gain insights into practice structure, business models, and influencers.
• Establish business relationships and build trust to identify customer needs.
• Utilize approved resources and messaging to convey the patient-centered value of the product.
• Leverage knowledge of multidisciplinary care teams, cancer staging, treatment alternatives, pathways, and guidelines.
• Assess trends in complex purchasing environments and drug distribution channels.
• Analyze patterns in product purchasing and prescribing.
• Create and implement both short-term and long-term plans with the local team and district manager.
• Pose insightful questions to comprehend customer priorities and needs.
• Guarantee consistent customer experiences across various company divisions and functions.
• Share vital insights and work collaboratively with the customer team, which includes the Customer Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, and Medicare Account Executive.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may involve professional sales, healthcare/scientific roles with oncology exposure, professional marketing, or military service.
• Oncology experience is highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and capability to operate a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips of 10–15%.
• Must reside in or be within a reasonable distance to the district.
• Preferably 2+ years of field-based oncology experience selling therapeutic products to oncology clients.
• Experience in oncology field sales or clinical oncology is preferred.
• Documented track record of strong performance in a sales/marketing or clinical oncology role is preferred.
• Capability to cover the Oregon territory.
• Only U.S. and Puerto Rico residents will be considered.
