This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee strategic initiatives to ensure program goals align with contract stipulations
• Assist the National Program Director and PML team with operational and project management activities
• Develop and present PowerPoint business presentations
• Perform comprehensive program analysis and manage data to monitor metrics and team performance
• Optimize processes and set up effective workflows for the PML team
• Allocate necessary tools, resources, and training, while evaluating clinical data and diagnostic-related presentations
• Convert strategic goals into actionable plans and drive the execution of objectives
• Provide field-based market insights and observations to enhance strategies
• Foster team collaboration and support business objectives
• Identify skill deficiencies and organize team training in precision medicine, diagnostics, and oncology practices
• Promote education and teamwork
• Prepare strategic reports and communications
• Institutionalize success stories
• Analyze customer engagement
• Adapt to advancements in science and the market
• Inform the Program Director about new opportunities
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored for various audiences
• Utilize Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere with Amplity and client personnel
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, Amplity policies, the Code of Conduct, and client agreements
• Represent the client at national and/or local events when necessary
• Carry out other assigned duties
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory
• Previous experience in a PML/PML-like role is advantageous
• Desired experience in oncology and/or oncology pathology diagnostics
• Exceptional skills in PowerPoint and Excel are required
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential
• Proficient with meeting platforms and other relevant software applications
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in oncology, diagnostics, or pathology is required
• Excellent leadership and facilitation abilities
• Residence in the Eastern or Central time zone is preferred
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
• Must be able to travel for work-related meetings and events, including overnight and/or weekend travel, field observations, and training sessions
• Completion of all Amplity and client training is mandatory
• Working knowledge of oncology, diagnostics, and the pharmaceutical sector is desirable
• Advanced skills in facilitation, problem-solving, and analysis
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and medical terminology
• Strong communication, analysis, and presentation skills
• Effective communication across all organizational levels
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
• May need to provide and maintain credentials, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation for access to hospitals or healthcare providers
• May be required to obtain necessary licenses in specific jurisdictions or hospital systems
