This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage proactively with allied healthcare professionals by providing education on products and diseases to enhance patient management throughout the therapy process.
• Offer continuous education and resources pertaining to patient management, dosing, administration, and managing side effects.
• Work collaboratively with field teams within established guidelines to assist allied healthcare clinicians.
• Act as a strategic education leader for both academic and community oncology accounts.
• Create tailored educational plans that reflect account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Inform clinicians about patient identification and the approved therapies for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.
• Provide education on the preparation, administration, adverse event mitigation, monitoring, and management of approved products.
• Train patient care teams on product-related protocols for initiating and managing patients.
• Deliver approved clinical education through one-on-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations.
• Record and share clinical insights through strategic questioning and active listening.
• Participate in and present clinical information at internal national, regional, and local meetings.
• Assist with the clinical training and competency initiatives of the internal sales team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence functions.
• Possibly educate patients in advocacy meeting settings utilizing approved materials.
• Document customer interactions and educational activities while managing allocated resources.
• A Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Must hold a current active HCP license.
• A minimum of 7 years of clinical oncology/hematology experience is necessary.
• Recent clinical hematology experience is required.
• Recent experience with multiple myeloma is preferred.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with Hematology/Oncology patients is essential.
• Exceptional communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to adapt to change and embrace continuous learning.
• Experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data is necessary.
• Capability to recognize evolving oncology market trends and their implications for providers and patients.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team is important.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with efficient time management are crucial.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are necessary.
• Must have the required authorization and capability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental.
