This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Proactively interact with allied healthcare professionals to provide product and disease education that supports patient management throughout the duration of approved therapies.
• Offer continuous education and resources regarding patient management, dosing, administration, and management of side effects.
• Collaborate with field teams while adhering to established operational guidelines.
• Act as a strategic education leader within academic and community oncology settings.
• Create tailored educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Instruct clinicians on how to identify patients and the appropriate therapies for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.
• Provide education on product preparation, administration, adverse event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
• Train patient care teams on protocols related to product initiation and patient management.
• Deliver clinical education through one-on-one presentations, in-services, round tables, podium presentations, and other approved methods.
• Capture and share clinical insights through strategic questioning and active listening.
• Participate and present clinical information at internal national, regional, and local meetings.
• Support exhibit booths and displays as needed.
• Enhance clinical training initiatives and improve internal sales team competencies.
• Collaborate across various oncology functions, including sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical affairs, and clinical value and evidence.
• Potentially provide approved patient education during patient advocacy meetings.
• Record customer interactions and educational activities while managing allocated resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or PharmD is required.
• Current active Healthcare Professional (HCP) license.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical oncology/hematology.
• Recent clinical experience in hematology is required.
• Preferred recent experience in multiple myeloma.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with Hematology/Oncology patients.
• Exceptional communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to adapt to change and embrace new learning opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data.
• Ability to identify evolving shifts in oncology market trends and their implications for providers and patients.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight stays and occasional weekends.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Necessary authorization and capacity to operate a company-leased or rental vehicle.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable distance from Ohio, the primary state in the territory.
