This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Actively engage allied healthcare professionals by providing product and disease education that supports patient management throughout the duration of approved therapies.
• Offer continuous education and resources regarding patient management, dosing and administration, as well as side-effect management.
• Collaborate with other field teams while adhering to established ways-of-working guidelines.
• Function as a strategic education leader across both academic and community oncology accounts.
• Create tailored educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Inform clinicians on patient identification and the approved therapies for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.
• Instruct on product preparation, administration, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
• Train patient care teams on initiating and managing patients in accordance with product protocols.
• Analyze and convey clinical education topics to various audiences using approved materials.
• Provide disease-state education that encompasses diagnosis and management.
• Present approved educational programs through one-on-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations.
• Document and communicate clinical insights through strategic questioning and active listening.
• Participate in and deliver clinical information or presentations at internal national, regional, and local meetings.
• Assist with exhibit booths and displays as necessary.
• Improve clinical training initiatives and enhance internal sales-team competencies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence functions.
• Potentially educate patients in advocacy meeting settings utilizing approved materials and messaging.
• Record customer interactions and educational activities while managing allocated resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is required.
• Current active healthcare professional (HCP) license is necessary.
• A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in oncology/hematology is required.
• Recent clinical experience in hematology is mandatory.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice with Hematology/Oncology patients is essential.
• Recent experience with multiple myeloma is preferred.
• Strong communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills are required.
• Proven ability to adapt to change and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.
• Demonstrated experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data is required.
• Awareness of evolving trends in the oncology market and their impact on providers and patients is crucial.
• Proven success in operating within a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with effective time management are necessary.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are necessary.
• Required authorization and capability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental.
