This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Actively engage with allied healthcare professionals, providing product and disease education to enhance patient management before, during, and after approved therapies.
• Offer continual education and resources regarding patient management, dosing, administration, and side-effect management.
• Collaborate with field teams while adhering to established ways-of-working guidelines.
• Function as a strategic education leader across both academic and community oncology accounts.
• Create tailored educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Instruct clinicians on identifying patients and administering approved therapies for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.
• Provide education on product preparation, administration, adverse event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
• Train patient care teams on initiating and managing patients in accordance with product protocols.
• Deliver sanctioned clinical education through one-on-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations.
• Record and convey clinical insights using strategic questioning and active listening techniques.
• Participate in and present clinical information at internal national, regional, and local meetings.
• Support exhibit booths and displays as necessary.
• Enhance clinical training initiatives and bolster internal sales-team competencies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence teams.
• Potentially deliver approved patient education during advocacy meeting settings.
• Log customer interactions and educational activities while managing allocated resources.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD is required.
• A current and active HCP license is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years of clinical oncology/hematology experience is required.
• Recent clinical experience in hematology is necessary.
• Recent experience with multiple myeloma is preferred.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practices working with hematology/oncology patients is required.
• Exceptional communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to change and embrace learning opportunities is vital.
• Experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data is necessary.
• Capability to recognize evolving oncology market trends and their impact on providers and patients is important.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team is expected.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with efficient time management are required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays and occasional weekends.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.
• Necessary authorization and capability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental is required.
