This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Actively engage with allied healthcare professionals by providing product and disease education to enhance patient management throughout the continuum of approved therapies.
• Offer continuous education and resources regarding patient management, dosing, administration, and side-effect management.
• Work collaboratively with field teams while adhering to established ways-of-working guidelines.
• Function as a strategic education leader across both academic and community oncology accounts.
• Create tailored educational plans based on the dynamics of the account and clinical insights.
• Instruct clinicians on identifying patients, approved therapies, product preparation and administration, as well as adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
• Train patient care teams on how to initiate and manage patients in accordance with product protocols.
• Provide clinical education through various formats such as one-on-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, podium presentations, and other approved methods.
• Record and share clinical insights by employing strategic questioning and active listening techniques.
• Attend and present clinical information at internal national, regional, and local meetings.
• Contribute to training initiatives and enhance the clinical competencies of the internal sales team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence teams.
• Potentially provide education to patients in advocacy meeting settings using approved materials.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and educational activities while managing allocated resources.
• Travel throughout the areas of Los Angeles North, Bakersfield, Fresno, Stockton, Modesto, and surrounding regions in California.
• A Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Must possess a current active HCP license.
• A minimum of 7 years of clinical oncology/hematology experience is required.
• Recent clinical experience in Hematology is necessary.
• Recent experience with multiple myeloma is preferred.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with Hematology/Oncology patients is essential.
• Excellent skills in communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical thinking, and presentation.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and embrace learning opportunities.
• Proficient in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data.
• Knowledge of rapidly evolving oncology market trends and their impact on providers and patients.
• Experience working effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
• Authorization and capability to drive a company-leased or rental vehicle.
• Must have the necessary work authorization for the United States.
